Water leak issue with my Spark

Hi everyone, I'm chasing a stubborn water leak on my Spark. I repaired a crack in the rear right corner under the black exhaust cover using weld sticks and a heat gun. It looked sealed, and I even swapped plugs and oil, but it still takes on water...only at higher speeds. Any thoughts on hidden leak points?

the best way to try this, at least in my opinion, is to put it on a trailer and do a full blast with a hose near the area you're suspecting and try to find where it's leaking.

Hey @Seadoodoo, welcome! That sounds frustrating. Sometimes those leaks hide in sneaky spots. I’d check around the hull seams near the intake grate, the drain plugs, and the junction where the jet pump meets the hull. Even a tiny gap can let water in at high speeds. @Roosty has got this perfect idea with a hose test while on the trailer. Slowly spray different sections and watch for drips inside. Also double-check any seals around the intake and cooling channels; those often get overlooked.
